Yasmina is a registered Nutritional Therapist having obtained a Bachelor of Science at the University of West London. She trained as a nutritional therapist after discovering that certain lifestyle choices had profound positive consequences on her thyroid health following the diagnosis of an autoimmune disease. Studying nutritional therapy helped her to understand underlying factors and possible contributors, and put together a treatment plan based on supplementation, diet and lifestyle changes. Her journey inspired her to understand the science behind food and to become as knowledgeable as possible in order to help others.
For the last 10 years she has worked in the field of health and nutrition and remains fascinated by the incredible potential that a holistic diet and nutrient therapy has on physical and mental health outcomes. Yasmina recently trained in mycotherapy, which uses potent mushroom extracts as nutritional supplements for the maintenance and improvement of health.
