About Sarah

Sarah Bowles-Flannery is a Naturopath, Medical Herbalist & Nutritionist with over 21 years of experience. She graduated from NatureCare College of Naturopathic & Traditional Medicine in Sydney, Australia in 1998.

Sarah is a certified GAPS (Gut & Psychology Syndrome) practitioner, having studied with Dr Natasha Campbell-McBride.

She has also completed the William Walsh, PhD, physician education training at his Mastering Brain Chemistry workshops in the US. To find out more about the Walsh Approach, please visit www.walshinstitute.org.

Among the many tools used during the health assessment process she specialises in Live & Dried Blood Analysis, EAV testing for food intolerances and full body screenings. Further blood tests and hair mineral analysis may be requested from external laboratories.

Sarah is a member of the General Council & Register of Naturopaths, the British Naturopathic Association. and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council.

About Yasmina

Yasmina Bona is a registered Nutritional Therapist having obtained a Bachelor of Science at the University of West London. She became a nutritional therapist after discovering that a healthy lifestyle and diet had profound positive consequences on her health and her family’s wellbeing. For the last 10 years she has worked in the field of health and nutrition and remains fascinated by the incredible potential that a holistic diet and nutrient therapy has on physical and mental health outcomes.

Yasmina has met and fulfilled strict criteria required by the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and she is bound by the code of ethics imposed by the British Association For Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT).
