About Emma

Emma is a BANT registered Nutritional Therapist. She uses an evidence-based, functional medicine approach to healthcare and specialises in women’s health. She works a lot with busy and exhausted mums, and their families who want to feel like themselves again and prioritise their health. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, brain fog, skin issues, or you need a nap more than your children(!), she supports women to make considered food and lifestyle choices that prioritise their health - without spending hours in the kitchen, or going on yet another restrictive diet. She uses her expertise, experience and empathy to create bespoke nutrition and lifestyle plans that work for her clients, and their busy lives.

She is also the campaign manager of the British Holistic Medical Association's Real Food Campaign UK. This campaign works to connect the dots between our soil, farming, food and health for people and planet. The campaign advocates nature-friendly, regenerative farming and Emma uses her expertise to discuss what a true sustainable diet looks like for her clients and their families.

Emma is also trained in Phlebotomy, and nutrigenomics.
